Age groups are consistent throughout all US Youth Soccer programs.
Requests to play down in age group cannot be honored.
Request to play up in age group will be assessed on a case by case basis.

RUSH UNION SOCCER STARS (2-4 Years Old)
This 8 week, progressive soccer program is designed to grow with your child, building on age-appropriate skills each season. Younger players are introduced to soccer through imaginative games that support motor development, ball awareness, and early learning concepts like colors and shapes. As children advance, the focus shifts to skill development in a game-like environment, emphasizing ball control, passing, teamwork, and confidence on the field. Each session blends movement, fun, and social-emotional growth.

U3 (Born 8/1/23- 3/31/24): 4:30-5:15 PM Starting Sept 9 (A FEW OPENINGS)
U4 (Born 8/1/22-7/31/23): 5:15-6:00 PM Starting Sept 9 (FULL)
Wednesday Session Dates: Sept: 9, 16, 23, 30 Oct 7, 14, 21, 28 (Makeup date if needed: Nov 4)

DUNWOODY RECREATION OVERVIEW
The goal of the Rush Union Recreation Program is to offer affordable participation, development and competition in an environment that is organized, healthy, enjoyable and sporting to all it's participants regardless of ability. Registration is open to anyone interested in playing the game of soccer.

Volunteer to coach!
One of the most important assets of our Recreation program is our volunteer/parent coaches. We do not use paid coaching staff to coach our 6U and older recreation players. Without volunteer coaches, we can't have teams!
Rush Union provides a coaching curriculum to cover your practice sessions, coaching equipment, opportunities to watch our professional staff at open sessions, as well as personal visits to your practice location, upon request.
As you register, please consider coaching. Reach out to our staff to inquire about coach training and certification opportunities.

Uniforms
NEW (to Rush Union) recreation players ages U6 and up are required to purchase a full uniform kit.
The kit includes a white jersey, blue jersey, blue shorts, 2 pairs socks, cinch sack.
Cost is $44 plus shipping.

U4 Soccer Stars will receive a free T-shirt at the first session
Practice schedules:
This is dependent on the volunteer coach of your team. We are dependent on volunteer coaches, so we allow them to set their practice time and location.
Dunwoody teams can practice at Brook Run Park or other local parks. Home games will be played at Brook Run Park or Pleasantdale Park, if needed.
Doraville teams will practice at Pleasantdale Park. Home games will be played at Pleasantdale Park or Brook Run Park, if needed.
Please note that ages 8U and up may be scheduled against other local clubs and programs and therefore play some games away.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS-2026-2027
In addition to the fees below, all players will incur a $15 Capital Improvement fee per season.
U6 Coed: Cost: $150 + uniform
8 Week Game Session One 1-hour practice per week Saturday games 3v3 format
U8 Boys/Coed and Girls: Cost $170 + uniform
8 Week Game Season One 1-hour practice per week Saturday games 4v4 format
Can be interscheduled with other clubs, depending on number of teams formed
U10 Boys and Girls: Cost $185 + uniform
8 Week Game Season One 1-hour practice per week Weekend games 7v7 format
Can be interscheduled with other clubs, depending on number of teams formed
U12 Boys/Coed: Cost $200 + uniform

- Shin guards are required
- Water bottle for practices/games

This gear is available from most super-stores, sporting goods stores, or second-hand sporting stores, as well as through our uniform supplier.
REQUESTS AND REFUNDS
Requests for player, teammate, and coach pairings will be reviewed, but are not guaranteed.
NO refund requests will be honored once the team formation process has begun.
